SWIFT codes and bank codes by country

Find the bank identifiers commonly requested for international business payments and local payment instructions. Always confirm the final routing details with the receiving bank.

Which code do you need?

A SWIFT or BIC code identifies a financial institution in international bank messaging. A domestic bank code identifies the bank on a country's local payment system. Some payment instructions request both.

Verify before sending

Match the code to the legal bank entity, account currency and payment route. For material or first-time payments, confirm changed bank details through a known contact at the recipient business.
