How buyers use the term
Prepare a precise bilingual or otherwise mutually understood specification, approval route and forecast. Confirm export capability, order quantities, lead times and the party responsible for technical decisions.

Evidence to retain

Practical limitation
A technically capable supplier may still be a poor fit for low volume, frequent changes or an informal approval process. Commercial fit needs its own review.
