How should violations be handled?
Protect affected people, investigate facts, require corrective action and escalate serious or repeated breaches. Immediate termination is not always the safest remedy for workers, but severe misconduct may require it.
How should the code be maintained?
Assign ownership, update for legal and business changes, translate where necessary and communicate expectations to relevant supplier staff.
